Barbara Dunn, Principal

President / CEO

Barbara Dunn joined Elevator Interior Design in 2011 and became co-owner in 2015. Ms. Dunn is a successful entrepreneur and business owner and has spent 30 years in the commercial construction industry.  Prior to joining Elevator Interior Design, Ms. Dunn provided advice and consultation to guide stabilization and profitable growth to medium and small size companies. Ms. Dunn’s strengths are in finance, strategic planning and managing operations, resources, relations and revenue. 

John Antonellis, Principal

Director of Marketing and Sales

John Antonellis is co-owner of Elevator Interior Design. John is a Boston native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA. Upon graduation, John worked as Engineer/Project Manager for Beckwith Elevator Company, now owned by UTC. Upon seeing an unfilled void in the market, John opened EID to provide high quality cab and cab interiors fit outs to the New England and now US Markets. With over 35 years’ experience, John continues to develop innovative products and designs for the elevator industry.

Joseph P Collins, Chief Operating Officer 

Joseph Collins joined the team of Elevator Interior Design bringing with him over 20 years of custom manufacturing operating experience.  After receiving his Bachelor’s degree Mr. Collins worked 9 years at Bose Corporation, where he received training in process improvement methodologies and management.  Joe then spent the next 21 years honing and utilizing these process improvement and lean manufacturing principles to manage the growth and operations of custom store fixture manufacturing companies.  When not managing the operations of EID, Joe and his wife, of over 25 years, enjoy spending time raising their three children.

Jamie Tripp, Business Development Director / Specification Sales Specialist

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  For 21 years, Jamie has used these skills and knowledge to collaborate on architectural projects anywhere from New England to the West Coast. He has a strong sense of design, an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability  to design assist for large unique projects or design to the strictest of budgets.  Please reach out to Jamie for design assistance, specification writing, project specific renderings and budget pricing.

Chris Herget, Sales Engineer / Project Manager

Chris Herget started with Elevator Interior Design in Early 2018 after working with local elevator companies in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is familiar with modernization, new construction, and capital planning programs. Chris holds a bachelor of arts degree from Lasell College and completing an MBA and Project management program at Southern New Hampshire University. As a second-generation elevator contractor Chris has years of first hand and second-hand experience in with a multitude of elevator projects.

Ralph Rizzo, Operations Manager / Executive Project Manager

Ralph Rizzo’s role at Elevator Interior Design is Project Manager who brings 25 years of design and construction experience. Early in his career, Rizzo served as project manager for US Exteriors overseeing 50+ union employees performing commercial construction. He has been involved in projects utilizing multiple types of construction materials and methods including applications for commercial, industrial, municipal, residential and medical buildings. Mr. Rizzo’s project responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination and overall development of the entire project from pre-construction coordination to closeout documentation.

Jacob Feliz, Manager, Manufacturing / Production

Jacob Feliz has worked for Elevator Interior Design for over five years and oversees our 35,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility. Jacob has a passion for the industry and prior to joining Elevator Interior Design, owned and operated a successful general contracting business involved in residential and commercial projects. Jacob specializes in the fabrication of custom architectural components.
